Staying clean VS looking clean

Staying clean and looking clean may seem like some lame topic to discuss about but its not. Many guys and even girls fail to maintain proper hygiene.

1.Maintain good oral hygiene

You should be in a habit of brushing teeth every morning and after dinner with good quality toothpaste. This is really important as it scrubs away the sugar that could feed off the enamel in your teeth and cause cavities. Here are few good toothpastes that you can buy.

Try to floss your teeth regularly from as young as age as possible. Purchase a good floss from a brand you trust. Flossing removes any food stuck in between your teeth that prevents any cavity from forming.

You may also use good mouth wash.

2.Take showers daily.

This may seem obvious but never skip a day’s shower. When you have a tough day it may tempt you to go to the be directly after the dinner. What we suggest is you take your shower before you go to bed. You may shower in the morning if you prefer so.

Use a good quality shampoo and conditioner that works the best for your hair type. Your hair may get frizzy or may be it get too oily during the day or may be there is nothing wrong with your hair at all. 3.Find a face wash that works best for you.

Acne and pimples are common amongst gym goers and are no fun to have. Popping them may leave you with some permanent scars. Just like the shampoos they also are made for specific kinds of skins. Some work well on oily skin and some work great on dry skin.

Cleaning your face after waking up in the morning can also help you feel fresh and awakened in the morning. Also morning is a good time to wash the face because some people tend to wake up with a lot of excess oil in the morning. Washing with warm water may help to open up the pores and flush out the dirt from them.
